DAN TATE

Founding Partner and Principal - Business Relationships and Acquisitions

Mr. Tate oversees the firm's operations and leads the acquisitions and business development activities for the firm. He has more than 21 years of institutional real estate experience as an investor/developer and advising REITS, pension funds, banks and high net worth investors in matters related to the acquisition, disposition, and leasing of their assets. Mr. Tate’s experience spans a decade as a California real estate broker and several years as a investment/development manager and principal. Mr. Tate identifys strategic repositioning and new development opportunities throughout Texas, Arizona and California. Mr. Tate is heavily involved in identifying the asset’s global business plan and provides oversight until the asset is sold. Mr. Tate, along with his partners has been involved in development activity throughout every major Texas metro as well as San Diego. Mr. Tate has held vice president level positions with Cushman & Wakefield, one of the leading commercial real estate firms in the world and Colliers International. His activities included the sourcing, underwriting and leasing of commercial development and investment projects with a total value of over $100,000,000. Mr. Tate holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Management Information Systems from a Point Loma Nazarene University in San Diego.

CHRIS HUDSON

Founding Partner and Principal - Construction/Development and Land Planning

Mr. Hudson has more than 15 years of Commercial real estate experience as an investor, developer, builder, and broker. In his tenure, he has managed matters related to the acquisition, development, leasing and disposition of his firm’s assets. In addition, he’s been instrumental in the design build aspect of not only new ground up developments, but also in the major renovation / rehab of existing projects, all of which he has acted as the owner/builder and the general contractor for his firm’s projects. Mr. Hudson started his career in commercial construction, where he was a Project Manager for a national commercial General Contractor (Turner Construction), and later for a private developer. In those roles, Mr. Hudson oversaw both ground up and tenant improvement projects ranging from $1MM to $280MM. Mr. Hudson leads the firm’s multi-family team and coordinates all activities from acquisition/inception of concept to execution of property specific business model through completion, including disposition of assets. Mr. Hudson has been involved in the acquisition, repositioning and ground up construction of new and existing multi-family properties in 6 states throughout the south & midwest, in addition to every major market in Texas. Mr. Hudson holds a Bachelor’s Degree Business from a Point Loma Nazarene University in San Diego.
